Brief Biography (Complete CV)

Yutao Ma is now an associate professor of the State Key Lab of Software Engineering (SKLSE) at the Wuhan University (WHU). He was a visiting scholar at the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering in the Lehigh University from June 25 to Septmeber 14. Dr. Ma has been a post-doctor of the Institute of China Electronic System Engineering in Beijing under the direction of Professor Deyi Li from August 2009 to January 2012. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Software and Theory from  the SKLSE at the WHU in June 2007, and his research supervisor is Professor Keqing He.  Ma received his M.S. degree in Computer Application Technology in June 2004 from the College of Computer Science and Technology at Wuhan University of Science and Technology (WUST) under the direction of Professor Jianxun Chen. He also received his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Technology in June 2001 from the College of Information Science and Engineering at the same university. His research interests are in the area of large-scale software system development. Currently, his work focuses on software metrics for large-scale object-oriented systems, software evolution and maintenance, requirement engineering, semantic web, and service computing. Now, he is a professional member of China Computer Federation (CCF), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), ACM Special Interest Group on Software Engineering (SIGSOFT), European Association for Programming Languages and Systems (EAPLS), European Association for Software Science and Technology (EASST), the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social-Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering (ICST), the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and IEEE Computer Society (IEEE CS).
